MDA today operates about 109 main stations and sub stations all over the country which are organized into 11 regions.
In these stations are 230 regular (white) ambulances.
In 27 centres MDA operates 199 Mobile Intensive Care Units/ Intensive Care Ambulances (with and without a physician.
In addition to this there are a further 220 ambulances ready and prepared for use in the villages, factories and institutions, most of them in villages on the firing line, Judea and Samaria and the periphery, which are activated by local people, many of whom are MDA Volunteers.

In the North - from the Gaza Strip via Beit Kama, Southern Mt. Hebron to Mizpeh Shalom on the Dead Sea. In the South - Eilat, Taba. In the East - from Mizpeh Shalom on the Dead Sea along the border with Jordan to Taba. In the west - from the Gaza Strip (Rafiach) along the Egyptian border to Eilat and Taba.
In the North: Borders with the Ayalon Region - from the Yavne Interchange to the Kabot Junction. In the East; Borders with the Ayalon and Jerusalem regions, from the Kabot Junction via the Zecharia Highway and Beit Shemesh in the direction of Beit Guvrin as far as the Tarkumiya Checkpoint, including the villages past the checkpoint (bordering with the Ayalon and Jerusalem regions). In the South: bordering with the Jerusalem and Negev regions, from the Tarkumiya Checkpoint
Shekf and Beit Kama Junction, Moshav Zohar, Kibbutz Erez and the villages of the Northern Gaza Strip. In the West: the sea.

Regional Boundaries
The Jerusalem region covers a very wide area. From the villages in the southern
Samaria in the North, the Charbata Highway, Nachshon Junction as far as Beit Guvrin in the west, the Tarkumiya Checkpint and villages of Southern Mt. Hebron in the South, the Jordan valley and the Dead Sea as far as Mizpeh Shalem in the East.

Regional Boundaries
In the North: Borders with the Sharon Region Highway 2 Yakum to the villages of the Northern Shomron. In the East (Borders with the Gilboa and Jerusalem Regions) the villages of the Northern Samaria via the line of the Jordan valley to the villages of the Southern Samaria. In the South (borders with the Jerusalem and Ayalon Regions) from the villages of the Southern Samaria to the Mesubim Junction. In the East (borders with the Dan region and in the north west area borders with the sea).

Gilboa Region
Regional Boundaries
Highway 77 from Beit Rimon Junction to the Movil Junction (from Beit Rimon Junction eastwards), Nazeret Ilit, Nazeret and the surrounding villages, Migdal Haemek, the villages of the Jezreel valley, Afula, Beit Shean, the villages of the Beit Shean valley and the Jordan valley (as far as the Almog junction).
