6 victims in critical, serious and moderate condition in multi-site stabbing attack in Hadera

Reports were received at 11:25 today in the 101 Emergency Call Center in the Sharon region of 6 casualties injured in a stabbing attack in Hadera. Large numbers of Magen David Adom ambulances and MICUs, as well as MDA medicycle unit first responders, searched the scenes, treated the casualties and evacuated them to Hillel Yafe Hospital: 1 in critical condition, 1 serious and 4 in moderate condition, aged 50 – 70, all with stab wounds

MDA Medicycle Unit EMT, Viki Kelly:
This was a complex incident across several sites, MDA responded in large numbers, search the scenes where MDA's dispatch rooms had received calls to casualties. We treated a number of casualties in varying condition, include some in serious condition. While carrying out treatment, we understood that the terrorist had not yet been neutralized, and was nearby. Despite the danger we knew that we had to provide medical treatment to the victims, we treated them and started to quickly evacuate them to Hillel Yafe Hospital.

MDA Paramedic Shaked Hajaj:
"This was a complex incident. We realized that there were several scenes, and we were sent to one where there was a seriously injured casualty with stab wounds to many parts of his body, and he had a multi-system trauma. He was semi-conscious when we reaced him, we provided life-saving treatment and evacuated him to hospital, and then returned to the scene to continue treating any further casualties.

MDA Paramedic and Hadera MDA Station Manager, Yafim Shaulov:
"We were one of the first on one of the multiple scenes, found 2 stab victims, one in serious condition and one in moderate condition, we provided them with rapid life-saving medical treatment and evacuated them to hospital.
