MDA Magen David Adom in Israel - National Rescue Organization

On Yom HaZikaron (Memorial Day for Israel’s Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terror), we remember those who gave their lives for the State of Israel, soldiers, members of the security forces, and civilians alike. Within the Magen David Adom family, we stop to remember 179 of our own, the women and men of MDA who are no longer with us. These were staff and volunteers who dedicated their lives to saving others. Some were lost while serving in the IDF, others were killed while rushing into the line of fire to treat the wounded, and many fell during the wars and terror attacks that have shaped our nation. Their memory and the values they lived by accompany us on every shift and in every life-saving mission. May their memory be a blessing.
