Hostage survivor Segev Kalfon Removes His Own Sticker from MDA Ambulance

Three weeks after returning from Hamas captivity, Segev Kalfon joined Magen David Adom staff to remove the sticker that called for his return.

Hostage survivor Segev Kalfon removes the sticker calling for his return from a Magen David Adom Mobile Intensive Care Unit, together with the MDA team Since the beginning of the Iron Swords War, stickers featuring photos of the hostages and calling for their return have been placed on Magen David Adom ambulances and Mobile Intensive Care Units. Now, about three weeks after returning from Hamas captivity, hostage survivor Segev Kalfon removed from a Magen David Adom Mobile Intensive Care Unit the sticker bearing his own photo and the call for his return

 

 

Uri Abutbul, Volunteer Coordinator at MDA’s Dimona Station: "From the day you were kidnapped, Magen David Adom across the country placed stickers with your pictures on our ambulances. Segev, we are honored to give you the privilege of: removing the sticker yourself. On behalf of Magen David Adom, our volunteers and staff, we wish you good health, much success, and we are so happy to have you back home".

Segev Kalfon removed the sticker and said: "It’s a great honor for me. Thank you very much for everything you do. It is truly sacred work".
