This morning, at 08:28, the Magen David Adom 101 emergency call center in the Yarden region received reports of multiple rocket strikes targeting the Golan Heights. Immediately, large Magen David Adom forces were dispatched, including ambulances, intensive care units, and MDA responders on medicycles.

MDA EMTs and paramedics provided life-saving medical care and evacuated to Ziv Hospital in Safed a man in his 30s in moderate condition with shrapnel and blast injuries. Additionally, several people suffering from anxiety symptoms were treated on-site.

MDA Yarden Region Director Oren Avitan said: "I was traveling to one of our stations in the area when I heard the sirens. Immediately after the sounds of explosions and impacts, we dispatched large forces to scan several sites where we saw smoke and received calls to the 101 emergency line. At one of the sites, we saw thick smoke coming from a private house on fire."

MDA Paramedic Muhammad Hosni added: "A man in his 30s came out of the house fully conscious, walking on his own, suffering from shrapnel injuries, presumably from glass and blast injuries. We provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital. He said he was alone in the house and went outside immediately after the impact."

Yarden Director Oren Avitan added: "In the additional sites we scanned, we did not find any further casualties, but we treated several people for shock on-site. It is a great miracle that, given the damage caused by the event, it did not end differently."
