Terms of Use and Purchase in the MDA Website
Introduction
Welcome to the website of Magen David Adom Israel – the national rescue organization. The website provides online information and services related to the MDA activities. The website operates in the link www.mdais.org or in any other address and in different landing pages, at the discretion of the organization (the “Website”). The Website, together with its online content and services, shall be referred to hereinafter: the “Service.”
Magen David Adom Israel – an organization operating by virtue of the Magen David Adom Law 5710-1950 operates and manages the Service (“MDA” or the “Organization”).
The use of the Service or the performance of any action by the Service, including the payment and registration by the different sections permitting such actions, attest to your consent to these Terms and Conditions, to the Privacy Policy of the Service and to additional instructions that might be presented to you during the use of the Service (jointly: the “Binding Documents”).
Please read carefully the Binding Documents, as they define your rights and obligations in connection with the use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between you and MDA. Please note that the Binding Documents might change from time to time, and therefore we recommend to read them from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms of the Binding Documents, you should avoid using the Service.
The Binding Documents apply to the use of the Service by any computer or any other communication device (for example, smartphones and smart watches, tablets and more). Words which are in the masculine gender in the Binding Documents shall be deemed to include the feminine gender, and vice versa. The term “content” or “contents” refers to any textual, visual, audio content or any combination thereof, and their design, processing, editing and the manner of their display.
The Service is intended for the public. Nevertheless, the Service sections that require registration, provision of information or payment are intended to users who are 18 years of age or older. You confirm and declare that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of using any of these services.

The MDA Website is an online portal providing extensive information about MDA and its services, and is intended for the public. The Website includes various types of information and content including the following, among others:

The Service also includes extensive theoretical information and training on different emergency scenarios, training videos on first aid and more. These theoretical information and content items are intended to expand your knowledge and serve as general information only. They do not constitute a professional opinion or advice, or replace a direct consultation with a proper professional, or a call to the MDA first responders in case of an emergency. Professional medical advice cannot be based on general information that is published online and will always depend on the personal circumstances of each case. It is always recommended to conduct a direct examination and/or consultation with your attending physician or the relevant professional for the purpose of receiving advice and recommendations that are suited to your specific condition. You shall be solely responsible for the use of the theoretical information that is published in the Service.
The Service also includes a dedicated area that includes training content and many other content items that are not available to all users in the Website, and that are intended to different types of users, such as the MDA workers, volunteers, students, participants in the different trainings and more. Ordinarily, you may log in to this dedicated area by using a username and a password that you will receive in advance and it might require an additional verification of the user identity, at MDA’s discretion.
The use of the Service is free of charge and you may use and gain an impression from the content in the Website without any limitation. Nevertheless, in addition to the content that is accessible to the public, the Website also includes a number of services that require payment, such as online registration to the MDA courses and an option to pay online vouchers and different undertaking documents of MDA. In addition, the Service will allow you to make contributions to MDA, at your discretion.
The Service includes information regarding different tenders published by MDA and engagement with suppliers. The terms of each tender, the dates for submission of the bids, the submission method, and any other information in connection with the tenders is defined in the documents of the tender itself and not in these Terms and Conditions.
MDA has discretion to decide which services, content and information will be displayed in the Service, how long they will be displayed, their location and design and any other matter related to the content of the Service, and in this regard, MDA shall be entitled to remove any content or information from the Service at its discretion. You may find additional information about MDA, the Service, and its options of use in the pages of the Service itself. The Organization shall not be held liable for the information that is displayed in the Service and that stems from third parties.
The MDA “Corona Bot” – as part of the services that MDA provides to the public during the coronavirus pandemic, the Website also includes a digital bot that will give you an automated response regarding the actions you should perform in the event you were exposed to a verified coronavirus patient (for example, whether you should be tested, and whether you should be in home-isolation). You will receive the information based on the answers that you will provide to the questions that the bot will ask you. Understandably, you are required to give true and accurate answers for the purpose of receiving information that is relevant to your specific condition. The use of the bot does not require identification and does not require the provision of any personally identifiable information. Please note that the information that MDA presents in the bot is based on the information of the Ministry of Health and therefore MDA cannot guarantee its accuracy or validity. For full and updated information on the subject you should use the website of the Ministry of Health or consult with a proper professional, as stated above. MDA does not undertake that it will update information about this service immediately after any update or change of the instructions.
The use of the Service
You may use the Service in accordance with the rules set forth hereunder. You may not use the Service in any other manner, unless you obtained the prior, written, and express approval of MDA in connection therewith, and subject to the terms of such approval (to the extent granted) –
You may not use the Service in any manner that gives rise or that might give rise to a criminal offense or a civil tort in accordance with the provisions set forth in any law, or that infringes the rights of any third party;
You may use the Service only for personal and private purposes, that are not commercial, related to marketing or political. You are prohibited from using the Service for the purpose of sending false alarms regarding a medical emergency;
You may not copy and use the content from the Service, including in other websites and applications, in electronic publications, in printed advertising etc.;
You may not activate means for bypassing, neutralizing, or overcoming the security mechanisms in the Service, and you may not harm or disturb in any manner the normal operations of the Service;
You may not activate any computer or other application, including software such as Crawlers, Robots etc. for the purpose of searching, scanning, copying or automatically retrieving content from the Service. In this regard, you may not create or use such means as said for the purpose of creating any collection or database of information that will include any content or information from the Service;
Content from the Service may not be displayed in any manner, including in any software product, device, accessory, or communication protocol that alter its design or omit any content therefrom.
You are prohibited from linking to the Service and its content pornographic content, racist materials, or prohibited discrimination from any source or content that is in violation of the law, or that encourages illegal activities, or whose publication is in violation of the law.
Notices and updates
The contact information that you provide in the Service, in the pages in which this is possible, also constitutes your express consent by virtue of these Terms and Conditions to receive notices from the Organization, including information brochures, invoices, different operational notices and more. Such notices may, in the relevant circumstances (for example, when registering for courses or making contributions to MDA) also include advertising materials, as meant by these terms in section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law 5742-1982.
Online courses shop
The training department in MDA is responsible for first aid trainings in Israel and holds each month various resuscitation and first aid training courses in different institutions and organizations, including hospitals, health funds, nursing schools, factories, educational institutions, defense organizations, government ministries, the IDF and also for private persons.
The following are the courses that MDA offers, among others: basic resuscitation and use of defibrillator, resuscitation of children and babies, first aid officers, first aid providers, emergency medics/ambulance drivers, first aid for different office holders and more. Some of the courses are frontal teaching courses that require physical attendance and some are online courses. You may purchase and register to the courses by the Website.
The Service allows you to coordinate and register to the different courses that MDA offers. Participation in most of the courses requires payment. In the information about the Service, you can find an updated list of the present courses. For each course you may be registered and receive information regarding the type of the course, its number in MDA, the place where the course will be provided, the course start date, the number of sessions, days and hours of activity, threshold requirements, completion requirements, course price (in an early and late registration) and the cancellation policy after the registration (as stated hereunder).
MDA may change at any time the courses in the Service and their content. Therefore, the fact that a specific course was offered for registration in the Service on a specific date does not guarantee that the course will also be offered in the future. MDA is under no obligation in anything related to the scope, availability, or minimum number of specific courses.
All prices of the courses in the Service are published in the Website pages and denominated in new Israeli shekels. MDA is a nonprofit organization and does not charge VAT. MDA shall be entitled to update the price of the courses from time to time without delivery of advance notice. The valid price with respect to the order that you made is the price that was published at the time you completed the order procedure (and for the purpose of this matter you will be required to provide information about the payment methods). If the prices were updated before the order was completed, you will be charged according to the updated prices that will be presented to you at the time of your payment.
Registration and payment for courses
After you select the course you are interested in, you will be directed to the shopping cart page that will present you the amount for payment and the information about the course(s) you selected. Courses that you are interested in will be saved in the “shopping cart” page until the order procedure is completed.
For the purpose of paying, you will be required to complete the registration process and provide the necessary information during this process, including your identity card number, full name, full address, telephone number, email and any other relevant information. In addition, we request your confirmation for the content of the Binding Documents as a condition for completion of the transaction. Afterwards, you will be required to complete the information of the payment methods that you hold, including credit card number for the purpose of making the payment, effect, identity card number of the card holder and the CVV number.
After you provided the information regarding the payment methods and completed the order procedure, you will receive email confirmation about your order.
To the extent that you are informed that you are required to type username and password for the purpose of accessing the registration areas that require registration, in such circumstances as said, for the purpose of preventing abuse of your account in the Service, you are required to keep the username and the password in strict confidence. You are required to change your password as frequently as possible and at least once every few months. You shall be held fully liable for any use that will be made of your account in the Service, including in consequence of your omission to keep in confidence the access information to your account in the Service.
The payment for the Service may require payment of different charges that will be charged from you by the operators of the clearing service or the payment service and according to the terms of the service of these external service providers. You shall be solely responsible for the payment of these charges, to the extent required.
MDA shall be entitled to discontinue the use of any payment method used in the Service, permit the use of additional payment methods and apply different payment arrangements to different types of credit cards or accepted payment methods that are available in the Service. In any event, you may not use an accepted payment methods that you do not own without the necessary permissions.
If it transpires that your credit card or your payment methods is not valid, or that the credit card company does not honor the transaction – MDA will contact you for the purpose of completing or canceling the transaction.
Defective order – your order should be received and processed in the Organization in a proper and organized manner when it includes your entire contact information and the information for the purpose of completing the registration and the payment so that MDA can register you to the course that you ordered. MDA will not be able to complete your registration to the course you are interested in if the order was not processed in the Service computers, or if the order process was interrupted, even if the cause for the interruption is in the MDA systems. If you do not receive an application/confirmation from MDA within a reasonable time as of the date of making the order, over the phone or by email, you may assume that the order was not made and that a malfunction occurred. In such circumstances as said it is recommended that you contact MDA at the earliest opportunity. We will try to inquire the cause for the malfunction, to the extent possible, and help you in making and completing the order, to the extent possible.
Contributions to MDA and other payments
Payment of financial undertakings to MDA – MDA allows you to pay, by the Service, fees, debts and different financial undertakings that you are required to pay to MDA. For that purpose, you will be required to provide information in the Service regarding the relevant undertaking number, identity card number and the telephone number that you use. After providing this information, the Service will present you the amount for payment and you will have the option to pay the amount of the financial undertaking. The information regarding the undertaking, its source and any other instruction shall be provided to you in the undertaking document itself and not in the body of the Service. The Service is intended to facilitate the payment of the undertaking document and make the payment online.
It is clarified that you are required to provide the relevant information regarding the undertaking and pay any payment as stated in the body of the Service only if you are the relevant debtor, or a representative under a power of attorney or a guardian appointed in accordance with the law. You may not perform actions in the Service in the name of another person without legal permission.
Contributions to MDA – the Service will present you different options to make contributions to MDA. You may set the contribution amount or select one of the predefined amounts displayed in the Service itself. For that purpose, you will be required to provide information regarding the manner of payment of the contribution, your personal details (title, full name, full address, email, and telephone number) and complete the contribution process. A notice regarding receipt of the contribution, as well as updates regarding your contribution and future contributions, will be delivered to you, to the contact information you provided to MDA at the time of making the contribution
The instructions set forth above regarding the payments policy and the payment methods to MDA shall also apply with respect to any contribution and payment of a financial undertaking to MDA, mutatis mutandis and as the case may be.
Assistance to the MDA supporters during their visit in Israel (MDA Care) – MDA has supporters from around the world. During times in which these supporters, who live abroad, arrive to visit Israel, MDA provides them the MDA Care service. Within the framework of this service, the MDA representatives will act to the best of their ability to assist and advise these supporters at the time they visit Israel, including assistance in the coordination and arrangement of medical care and consultation during their visit, shortening waiting times and additional relevant assistance, by the Organization service center. MDA undertakes to act to the best of its ability and reasonably for the purpose of assisting any foreign supporter that will approach it however cannot guarantee that its services will lead to the desirable outcome or to any outcome. For the avoidance of doubt, this service shall not replace the need to take out proper insurances for the purpose of the visit, including health insurance or overseas travel insurance. The use of the service is subject to private registration in an online form, during which you will be required to provide your contact information, personally identifiable information, and information regarding your visit in Israel, that are intended to help the Organization provide you the service and contact you if necessary, during your stay in Israel. The service is free of charge.
Cancellation policy
MDA observes and acts in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 in anything related to the cancellation of remote sale transactions (such as a consumer transaction for the purchase of a MDA course that was made by the Service).
The registration to the course is personal for a person who applied to a specific course. The registration may not be transferred to another person and you may not switch between the different courses.
You may cancel the course that was ordered in 14 days as of the date of the order or as of the day of receiving the order, whichever is later, provided that such cancellation as said will be performed at least two business days, other than rest days, prior to the date in which the Service should start (the course start date).
After the cancellation, you will be credited for the price you paid. If the order was canceled not as a result of a defect or non-conformance between the course and the information that MDA provided you about the course, MDA shall be entitled to charge from you cancellation fees at a rate of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
You are required to deliver to MDA the cancellation notice in one of the contact methods in these Terms and Conditions as stated below, including by email, fax, registered mail, verbally – over the phone or verbally in the MDA offices; or by the Service Website. Failure to show up to the course is not considered as cancellation of the course.
In a remote sale transaction that was made with a consumer who is a disabled person, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the consumer may cancel the transaction in four months as of the date of making the order, or as of the date of receiving confirmation regarding the order, whichever is later, and provided that such cancellation as said is made at least two business days, other than rest days, prior to the date in which the service should be provided (the course start date).
A participant who discontinues his participation in the course and/or a participant who fails to satisfy the requirements of the course and his participation in the course was discontinued for any reason, shall be entitled to a refund (irrespective of the stage in which the participant discontinued his participation or the stage in which his participation was discontinued). Nevertheless, the following policy shall apply to courses that include more than 100 hours, in addition to the policy as stated above: until the third (3) session in the course, in the event of cancellation and/or discontinuation of participation in the course, for any reason, the registered participant shall be entitled to a refund at a rate of 50% of the total cost of the course (a participant who discontinues his participation in the course and/or a participant who fails to satisfy the course requirements and his participation in the course was discontinued, after the 3rd meeting in the course, for any reason, shall not be entitled to a refund).
Registration for volunteering in MDA
Volunteering in MDA is one of the core values of the information and the MDA volunteers participate in all MDA activities. MDA considers volunteering a fundamental value that is the backbone of the entire Organization. The Service also includes a registration form for MDA volunteers and theoretical information regarding volunteering in the Organization.
At the time of completing the form, you will be required to provide your full name, identity card number, year of birth, your place of residence and your telephone number and email. The information that you will provide in the registration form will be delivered to the volunteering coordinator in the Organization or anyone acting on his behalf, who will contact you separately for the purpose of registering you as a volunteer. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Binding Documents are not intended to arrange volunteering in the Organization.
Available positions in the Organization
In addition to the registration for volunteering in MDA, the Service also includes information about available positions in MDA for life rescue and administrative positions, that are intended for men and women. The want ads in the Service usually include the description, requirements and place of the position, the manner and the conditions for the purpose of applying for the position etc. Naturally, want ads will change from time to time according to the needs of the Organization. The mere publication of want ads does not constitute any undertaking by MDA to man these positions or any thereof. The Service includes an online form that allows you to provide your information to MDA as a candidate for the position, including name, contact information and the requested position. The Binding Documents are not intended to define the work relations between you and MDA, and these will be defined in a separate employment contract or another engagement document, as may be required.
Links
The Service might include links to different internet pages, whether links to other pages in the Website itself and whether links to external sources. Links allow you to find content that is published on the internet. When the link is to external sources, ordinarily these types of content are not published by MDA or anyone acting on its behalf and the Organization is not responsible for these types of content.
The fact that the Service links to different types of content does not attest to the consent of the Organization to their content and does not guarantee their reliability, validity, legality, the privacy policy of the content owners or any other aspect associated therewith. You may find these types of content inappropriate for your requirements or that you object to their content, or think that these are provocative, disturbing, improper, illegal, or immoral.
The Organization is not held liable for the content provided in external websites and shall not be held liable for any outcome caused as a result of the use of these types of content or reliance thereon. MDA does not undertake that the links that are in the Service are active and will lead you to an active internet page and MDA shall be entitled to remove from the Service links that were included in it in the past and add or remove new links, at its discretion.
The Service also includes links to the social media pages of MDA and to the pages of the different applications of the information in the online app stores, for the purpose of allowing you to install these applications, at your discretion. The use of such applications as said and in the different social networks is subject to the specific Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of these applications and social media services and not to the Binding Documents.
Cancellation of registration to the Service
MDA shall be entitled to deny you from using the Service at its discretion, and cancel your registration to the services that require registration, or deny your access to these services, inter alia, upon the occurrence of any of the following events: if you provided incorrect or false information at the time of registration; if you committed an act or omission that harm or that might harm MDA or others, including other users or suppliers or partners of MDA; if you used the Service for the purpose of performing or trying to commit an illegal or offensive act, or for the purpose of enabling, facilitating, abetting or encouraging the commission of such an act; if you breached any of the terms set forth in the Binding Documents; if you perform any action that will prevent from others to register to the Service or use the Service in any manner; if you provided the username and the password provided to you, if provided, to the use of a third party; after the Service is no longer active; following a judicial order or an instruction of a competent authority; in any other circumstances in which MDA is of the opinion that the cancellation is justified.
MDA might apply different measures for the purpose of monitoring the activities in the Service and for the purpose of detecting cases of fraud or abuse of the Service. Without derogating from any other provision, MDA reserves the right to deny or cancel your access or your registration to the Service, at its discretion, if it is of the opinion that your account in the Service was used for the purpose of committing such acts as said.
Privacy and provision of information
MDA respects your privacy. The Privacy Policy of the Service is an integral part of the Binding Documents and explains how MDA handles the personally identifiable information that it collects and that you provide it.
In particular, the Service includes a number of online services and forms that require the provision of personally identifiable information to the Organization. You are required to provide only true, full, and accurate information. The provision of incorrect information might cause circumstances in which you will not be able to use the Service and might prevent MDA, if necessary, from contacting you. We will state explicitly which fields require completion. Without providing the necessary information in these mandatory fields, you will not be able to complete the requested action. MDA reserves the right to apply different measures and request from you additional information for the purpose of verifying and confirming your identity.
You are under no legal obligation to provide the information and the provision of the information is subject to your will and consent. The information that you will provide at the time of each registration as said will be stored in the MDA databases and will not be used however only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The entire intellectual property rights, including copyright in the Website, in the Service and in any content included therein is the exclusive property of MDA or other third parties that permitted MDA to use them.
You may not copy, distribute, display in public, perform in public, broadcast, make available to the public, alter, process, create derivative works, sell or rent any of the aforesaid, whether by you or together with a third party, in any manner or medium, whether electronic, digital, mechanical, optic media, any means of photography or recording or in any other medium and manner, without obtaining the prior and written approval of MDA or the other right holders, as the case may be, and subject to the terms of their approval (to the extent that such approval is granted).
When you provide content for advertising in the Service, by its provision you confirm that you are the holder of the entire rights therein and that you are entitled to provide such content, or that you received authorization as required by law from the right holder.
Removal of content from the Service
MDA respects the rights of others, including the intellectual property rights of third parties, as well as their right to maintain their reputation and privacy. If you are of the opinion that any content that is published in the Service infringes any rights you have, you required to inform MDA immediately in writing about the said, by the contact options in the Service. Any steps that MDA will make following your query, to the extent that such steps are taken, shall not constitute proof of infringement of any right and these steps shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the law and the discretion of the Organization, according to the circumstances of each case.
Liability
Any reference in the Binding Documents to the liability of MDA, shall also mean the liability of its employees, managers and anyone acting in its name and in its place.
You shall be solely and fully liable for the use of the Service, the Website or any content therein and MDA shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to you or to anyone acting on its behalf, or to any third party, including any loss, harm or expense that are related to or stemming, whether directly or indirectly, from the Service, the Website and any other type of content and section included therein.
The Service is provided to the user in its condition “AS-IS.” The Service cannot be customized to the requirements and specifications of each individual person. You hereby confirm that you examined the Service and found it in conformance to your specifications and requirements. You shall have no claim, suit, or demand against MDA in respect of the features of the Service, its capabilities, limitations, the rules practiced in connection with the Service, the types of content that are published as part of the Service and the conformance of all of these to you and to your requirements and specifications.
You shall be solely liable for any decision that will be made with relation to and based on the types of the content published in the Service. MDA shall repeat and emphasize that the Service is not intended as replacement to individual professional consultation where such consultation is required, as stated in these Terms and Conditions above.
MDA does not warrant that the services and the content will be provided uninterruptedly, or regularly or continuously, or performed safely and without mistakes, and will deny any unauthorized access to the MDA systems or to damages, breakdowns, malfunctions or failures – and all in hardware, software, in communication lines and systems, in MDA or any of its suppliers.
The Organization shall not be held liable for any damage stemming as a result of loss of your personally identifiable information, the information related to you and the services that you consumed, or disruption in this personally identifiable information – whether in whole or in part, as a result of a failure in your computer systems or the computer systems of MDA (including anyone acting on its behalf).
Indemnity
You undertake to indemnify MDA, its employees, managers, or anyone acting on its behalf in respect of any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment, or expense they shall incur – including attorney fees and trial costs – in consequence of breach of these Terms of Use and Purchase or any of the Binding Documents. In addition, you will indemnify any of the aforenamed in respect of any claim, suit or demand that will be raised against them by any third party as a result of any use that you made in the Service in violation of the provisions of any law or these Terms of Use and Purchase.
Changes in the Service and termination of operations
MDA shall be entitled to change from time to time the format of the Service, its appearance and design, the scope and availability of the services, the content items, and the possibilities of their use, and shall be entitled to change any other aspect related to the Service – and all without giving you advance notice. These changes shall be made, inter alia, taking into consideration the dynamic nature of the internet and the technological and other changes in it. Naturally, these changes might involve modifications or cause inconvenience at first etc. You shall have no claim, suit, or demand against the Organization in respect of the performance of such changes as said or malfunctions that will occur during their performance.
Without derogating from the foregoing, MDA shall be entitled to discontinue the performance of the Service, in whole or in part, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time. MDA shall also be entitled to discontinue from time to time the operation of the Service for the purpose of performing maintenance, repair, upgrade, and improvement of the Service. MDA shall act to the best of its ability to reduce the periods of time during which the Service will not be active. MDA will post, if possible, an announcement in the Service regarding the discontinuation of the activity a reasonable time in advance.
Changes in the Binding Documents
MDA shall be entitled to change from time to time the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use and Purchase and in any of the Binding Documents. MDA will post an announcement regarding these changes in the Website, to the extent possible and if material changes are performed in these Terms of Use and Purchase or in the Binding Documents. The links to the Binding Documents that are included in the Service will always link to the updated version of the Binding Documents. The continuation of your use in the Service after the publication of the updated Binding Documents attests to your approval of their content. If you do not agree to the new provisions in the Binding Documents, you are required to discontinue making any use of the Service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel shall solely govern the use of the Website and the Service. The competent courts in the District of Tel Aviv – Yafo, Israel, shall have sole jurisdiction in anything relating to and arising out of the Binding Documents.
Assignment
If MDA assigned its rights and obligations in connection with the Service, or any part thereof, to a third party, MDA shall be entitled to assign also its rights and obligations, in whole or in part, in accordance with the Binding Documents. The Organization observes the provisions of the law and respects the rights of the Service users and of any other third party. If you think that the Service published any content that offends you in any manner, and if you have any question, proposal, complaint or any other query, you may contact us by any of the contact methods presented in the Website, and we will try to answer your query at the earliest opportunity.
To the extent that you decide to contact MDA by the online contact form, you will be required to fill in the information of the relevant department in the Organization, select the subject of your query from a predefined list, fill in your full name, your email and telephone numbers and write the subject matter of your query. You are required to fill in only true, accurate, and full information. Incorrect information might prevent MDA from contacting you. The form also has the option to attach and send files. The maximum size of the files and the file types that are supported are stated in the body of the form.
You are required to avoid sending MDA any content that is illegal, sexual, harassing, offensive, hostile, harmful, intimidating, obscene, racist, and content that might offend the public, content that induces the commission of criminal offenses, content that might give rise to grounds for a civil action or civil liability, content that is defamatory, that infringes privacy or that constitutes another violation of the Israeli law.
