As part of the Italian Agency for International Cooperation, "demining Ukraine", The Italian Red Cross, Magen David Adom Israel and the Ukraine Red Cross, conducted a joint activity last week

The activity, lasting a week, focused on Ukraine Red Cross trainers and team leaders, who shared their experience with MDA and ItRC representatives, later training the URCS ERT (Emergency Response Team) members, on blast injuries and Mass Casualty Response, based on the Israeli methodology, adapted by URCS experts to their reality.

The activity concluded with a whole day field exercise, prepared and evaluated by URCS experts, with the support of ItRC and MDA delegates.

During the activities, participants had a visit of the Israeli Ambassador, H.E Michael Brodesky, who expressed his high appreciation to URCS activities and pointed out the Ukraine – Israel vast cooperation, especially in Health related issues.
