Heli and Elyasaf, a couple from Kiryat Gat, were on their way to hospital when Heli realised she was about to give birth. They immediately called MDA's 101 Emergency Call Center, and were instructed to stop at the side of the road.
MDA Dispatch EMT Aviv Peretz guided Elyasaf how to deliver the baby, and he followed her instructions until the baby made its first appearance in the world.
