MK Vladimir Beliak (Yesh Atid), coalition coordinator in the finance committee, visited Magen David Adom's National Operations Center (NOC) in Kiryat Ono. The Member of Knesset met with MDA Director General Eli Bin and other members of management who reviewed the organization's activities and the challenges faced by MDA. 

MK Beliak was shown MDA's activation plans and the chain of survival from the moment a call is received in MDA's 101 Dispatch Center until the patient is conveyed to hospital, the MDA in the community project, as well as the advanced technologies used by MDA, including command and control systems used in the 101 Dispatch Center, Defibrillator Smart Stands, and many others. 

The MK toured the NOC and showed a keen interest in MDA's work during routine and crisis times, alongside the teams spread out in the field, the advanced medical equipment used by the EMTs and Paramedics, the First Responders, and the array of vehicles used by MDA, including mobile intensive care units (MICUs), ambulances, medicycles, intensive care buses, emergency boat, helicopters, blood mobiles and others. He also showed an interest in MDA's blood services, the human milk bank, the public cord blood blank, and in MDA's work throughout the Corona pandemic, including tests, drive-thru testing areas, vaccines, and more.

I saw the activity of the Dispatch Center that operates 24/7 in order to provide immediate response to emergency calls, I saw the dedicated staff who work night and day and save lives by providing first response even before the ambulance or MICU arrives on scene to provide further treatment."
