MDAUK holds successful Patrons Dinner
The Patrons dinner was one of several events held recently by MDAUK, and was attended by Fauda stars Lior Raz and Avi Issacharof
Superstar actor and director Lior Raz, and award-winning writer Avi Issacharoff, co-creators of the hit show Fauda, were in London for a VIP reception and Patrons' Dinner held by Magen David Adom UK.
The event, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, was attended by over 100 people. With a Q&A session compered by journalist Nicole Lampert, those attending heard about Lior Raz calling MDA and despite having no medical training helping deliver a baby while being given instructions by the 101 Emergency dispatcher.
Other events included an influencers reception also held at the same location as the dinner and an Impromptu Committee breakfast with 180 guests held in Temple Fortune.
MDAUK representatives attended a Labour Friends of Israel lunch, the first time this collaboration has taken place in this format.
David Burger, CEO of MDAUK described the events as very successful, with large amounts being donated, and with the promise of more to come.
