MK Yoav Ben Tzur (Shas), a member of the Foreign and Security Committee, visited MDA's National Operations Center in Kiryat Ono, meeting with Director General Eli Bin and senior members of management. MK Ben Tzur heard about the organization's activities, toured the 101 Emergency Call Center and received an in-depth explanation about the widespread and varied missions undertaken by MDA as Israel's National Rescue Service. MK Ben Tzur heard about the challenges being faced, the ongoing level of alert and emergency preparedness, all while remaining unfunded by the government, unlike the police, fire department, and IDF. MK Ben Tzur took an interest in MDA employees and volunteers from the ultra-orthodox sector, including women in tech development, as well as being impressed by the advanced command and control technology that dispatches first responders from all organizations.

You save lives, and there is nobody in Israel who doesn't need you. You proved throughout the Corona pandemic that you can manage a project in critical times. You proved that you have a heart and soul. Each call that you received during Corona was treated with dedication and effectively. Whatever you ask me to advance, I'll be your ambassador."

You have accompanied and assisted us for many years, I am sure that whatever role you may have that you will stand by us as Israel's National Rescue Organization. You have, throughout the years, shown that you care for the general public in Israel."
