Chaim Raflowski, Director of Disaster Management for MDA, was invited to the EENA2021 (European Emergency Number Association) conference as the second keynote speaker on the first day regarding handling emergencies where he focused on the use of a decentralized call center system, in which emergency call takers took calls from home during the COVID pandemic.
