Kiryat Motzkin Shows Appreciation of Magen David Adom
The mayor inaugurated Magen David Adom Square
On Sunday, an inauguration ceremony of Magen David Adom Square on Hasmonean Street near the MDA station in Kiryat Motzkin was held, in the presence of Deputy Health Minister MK Yoav Kish, Mayor Haim Tzuri, Mayor Yariv Gesser, MDA Director General Eli Bin and other dignitaries.
The Kiryat Motzkin Municipality initiated the special tribute, as a sign of appreciation for the organization's work during the coronavirus crisis to honor the Magen David Adom teams who have been at the forefront of the national fight against the pandemic for the past year. The MDA station in Kiryat Motzkin is the second largest in the Carmel region and serves all residents of the Kiryat Motzkin and surrounding areas .
Haim Tzuri, the mayor, said during the ceremony: "MDA is the organization that fights at the front, its people conduct Corona field tests at risk of infection, treatment of car accidents and patients and all during this challenging time and the most severe health crisis the country has seen.
