Love at the Crime Scene
From the crime scene to the dance floor. The love story of Lihi Gavrielov (22) and Alex Fastovets (32) from Holon began when their eyes met at a violent crime scene near a Tel Aviv club. This week, after three and a half years together, they became husband and wife.
The two met as mentioned when they arrived to the scene a brawl at a club in Tel Aviv. Alex arrived as a police officer from the Sharet station in the Yiftach region of the Israel Police, while Lihi arrived as a medic in a Magen David Adom ambulance.

After the second meeting, Alex searched for Lihi on Facebook and sent her a friend request: "I actually searched for her on Facebook in order to get information about a first aid training I had to do at MDA as part of my job at the police." told "At the club, I realized that she was very special and I admired her. For about a month, we talked to each other and arranged for the MDA training to be done together in an ambulance. For four days, we saw each other every day and realized we wanted to be together and get to know each other better. "
Since then, the relationship has defied the social norms and continued the the Chuppa (Jewish wedding canopy) – where they became husband and wife.
Lihi and Alex said about their wedding: "It's weird that it all started with a brawl we were called to, it's the last place we thought a relationship could be found.
