Invitation to Media Coverage of 2 new ambulances donated by "Samaritan's Purse"
Hersh Goldberg-Polin z"l, who was murdered in Gaza after being kidnapped by Hamas, and Roi Idan z"l and Smadar Mor-Idan z"l, who were murdered on October 7th, will be commemorated with two new bulletproof new ambulances donated by the organization "Samaritan's Purse"
On Thursday, September 19th, a cornerstone-laying ceremony will be held for a new MDA (Magen David Adom) station in the community of Avshalom in the Western Negev. This is made possible by the generous donation from the organization "Samaritan’s Purse." At the request of the donors, during the ceremony, two bulletproof MDA ambulances will be inaugurated.
One ambulance will be dedicated to the memory of Roi Idan z"l and Smadar Mor-Idan z"l, and the other to the memory of Hersh Goldberg-Polin z"l. The ceremony will be attended by the bereaved families, the Minister of Health, the donors, the head of the Eshkol Regional Council, and MDA management.
The station and ambulances are donated by "Samaritan's Purse," an evangelical organization that aims to assist humanitarian efforts. The president of the organization, Pastor Franklin Graham, will attend the ceremony with his son and nephew and will deliver a speech.
During the ceremony, representatives of the bereaved families will speak.
