Magen David Adom has many years of cooperation with SAMUR PC MADRID on a variety of professional topics, including mutual visits and sharing of lessons and professional experience

SAMUR PC in Madrid organizes once every two years a conference about emergency issues. The conference is also the meeting of CIVIL PROTECTION volunteers in Spain.

As part of this year's conference, SAMUR's management decided to dedicate a session to EMS in conflict scenarios, and as part of it, two speakers were invited to present their experiences - a doctor from the military hospital in Zaporizhia and MDA DM Coordinator Chaim Rafalowski on Magen David Adom activity in the 10/7 attacks.
The conference was attended by 1,900 people from all over Spain.

As well as guests from INEM - Portugal, SMURD Romania, JOHANNITER Germany who arrived as part of the KNOWEMS project of the European Union which Magen David Adom leads.
