Male in his 30s killed in a rocket barrage towards Nahariya
Today, around 12:00 PM, calls were received at Magen David Adom’s 101 emergency call center reporting multiple sites with alerts in the Nahariya area
Large teams from Magen David Adom, including ambulances, mobile intensive care units, and medicycle first responders, were dispatched to the locations. At one site, a playground, Magen David Adom paramedics reported a man, around 30 years old, unconscious with shrapnel wounds. After medical examinations, they declared him deceased.
At other locations in Nahariya, Magen David Adom EMTs and Paramedics treated a 40-year-old woman in mild condition who was injured by a blast, a 44-year-old woman in mild condition with injuries from the blast and glass shards, and 6 individuals suffering from anxiety symptoms.
MDA EMT, Dor Vaknin, reported:
“We arrived at the playground where there was damage from a rocket strike. We saw a man in his 30s lying unconscious with shrapnel wounds. We performed medical assessments, but unfortunately, his injuries were critical. He showed no signs of life, and we had to declare his death.”
