José Antonio Chávez Balcarcel, a Guatemalan army colonel, and his wife Glenda Karina Estrada Pirir de Chávez, visited the blood donation service in MDA Jerusalem. José is the military attaché at the Guatemala Embassy in Israel, and he and his wife see great importance in donating blood, particularly in times of crisis.
