A MDA Defibrillator has been Installed in the Yavni’el Local Council
Magen David Adom’s Public Access AED project first reached Yavniel when a defibrillator in a smart case was installed on Hameyasdim Street.
By use of the smart case, when calling MDA’s 101 Emergency Call Center, as part of the instructions provided to the caller and simultaneous dispatch of the nearest emergency vehicles, the caller will be instructed to retrieve and operate the AED thereby saving a life.
The head of the Yavniel Local Council, Snir Arish: "On myself and the residents, I would like to congratulate all those involved in promoting the noble and important initiative of installing a life-saving defibrillator that will increase the security of the residents of Yavniel. The lone citizen who typically witnesses the incident or arrives before the rescue teams is critical and life-saving. It is said that: Every person is unique and special, every person is a complete world. The sanctity of life is a supreme and central value in Judaism and each saved is a great honor.
