A short time ago, the Air Force's Aerobatic team performed in the skies of the State of Israel. This year, in the light of the Corona virus pandemic, Independence Day’s annual flyover was dedicated to honoring medical staff.

As part of the Air Force's special gesture, words of gratitude were heard broadcast by the pilots for the Magen David Adom teams over the radios. "Hello, here are the Air Force aerobatic crew pilots. We salute Magen David Adom's teams, who work every day to provide a rapid and optimal response to all Israeli citizens. We stand behind you, and wish you and all the people of Israel, a healthy and a happy holiday!"

"In moments like this, it's hard to hide the excitement," said MDA Director General Eli Bin. "The gesture of the Air Force pilots, fighters who dedicate their lives to the state, is brought a big smile to the faces of the medical teams in the State of Israel today, including MDA EMTs and paramedics. I thank the IDF and the Air Force for the initiative, and wish all the people of Israel a happy Independence Day. "
