Ministry of Health Director General Visits MDA Headquarters, Reviews Emergency Preparedness During Ongoing Conflict
Amid Operation “Roaring Lion,” Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Health, Moshe Bar Siman Tov, visited Magen David Adom’s headquarters in Ramla to closely examine the organization’s nationwide emergency response and preparedness. During the visit, he received an in-depth briefing on MDA’s large-scale operations, advanced technologies, and critical role on the front lines of Israel’s medical response since the start of the conflict.
The Director General of the Ministry of Health, Moshe Bar Siman Tov, visited Magen David Adom’s headquarters in Ramla, where he received a comprehensive briefing from MDA Director General Eli Bin on the organization’s activities, preparedness for Operation “Roaring Lion,” and its nationwide medical response since the start of the conflict.
During the visit, he reviewed MDA’s readiness for complex emergency scenarios, including large-scale drills, advanced command-and-control systems, and close cooperation with emergency and health agencies. He also observed MDA’s technological capabilities in real time, including systems that support rapid decision-making in the 101 National Emergency Dispatch Center and help shorten response times in critical incidents.
